This weekend we have some powerful energies at odds with one another that usually signify accidents, aggression, feeling frustrated and angry with authority or lack thereof. If you are a Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius, you are likely to feel this more than most. You probably feel like you need to scream and let off some steam. Please do! —BUT please do it in healthy ways. Yell and scream in places where you won’t affect or scare anyone else (car, shower, the great outdoors). Work out, walk, move the energy and yourself as much as possible if that is what helps. Be creative, find ways to express what you are feeling and experiencing on paper, canvas or video. These energies are highly reactive and a big ally during this time is your ability to breathe, take a step back and not take anyone’s bait -regardless of who they are. If you do, you will find that situations will escalate from zero to volcano in .5 seconds! These combative energies will likely be made worse due to the extreme heat indices many places and people are experiencing. When we are reactive, we lose sight of the consequences of our actions and so much can be lost.

If you find yourself overheated, cool off. Take a quick cold-as-you-can-handle shower. Either do no activities or ones that require little effort. Be reflective rather than reactive. Remember to breathe deeply and fully. Compassion goes a long way during challenging times. Offer as much as you can to yourself and others and find healthier ways to relate.

I offer readings and sessions designed to help you feel empowered by the opportunities in your life, free you from familial and societal limitations to be your unique archetypal self. Let me know if I can be of service. I have these three talks on the Tsquare that you can watch for free:
